When you request our services, you can expect a process to take place which resembles the steps below:

1) Make contact via email and be sure to include your name, the type of services you would like (photos, videos, or graphics), date and time preference for a initial consultation, and, finally, date and time for video or photo shoots, if applicable.

2) You should expect a reply within three to five business days - this is how we will schedule the consultation date.

3) Consultation: We will meet, either in-person or virtually, for approximately thirty minutes to uncover what services are needed, explore creative direction, set pricing and turnaround expectations, and the preferable method for receiving photos, videos, etc. There is a consultation fee of $40, which will be applied toward your total balance after signing the service contract. If you do not end up signing a contract for services, as shown in step 4, your fee will not be refunded.

4) Estimate: After the consultation is over and the service date is set, I will send an estimate and contract - if you find the estimate to be favorable, you will sign and return the contract. This locks in your service date and time, and also enables your consultation fee to be applied toward your bill.

5) Service date: When it gets close to the service date, we will reach out to confirm details and ensure a smooth experience.

6) Turnaround time varies vastly depending on the type of content requested. A photo shoot will generally have a ~2 week turnaround. Videography and graphic design work tend to take longer. Longer shoots will take more time to edit as well. This expectation is usually set during consulation.

7) Receipt: Finally, you will receive your precious photos, videos or designs in whatever form you choose. We will also send you links to review us - as a small business we appreciate every opportunity for feedback.
